The Col. Paul Poisson Branch 261 has been serving veterans, their families and the Tecumseh area since 1934. We also realize the support given to the Legion by the general public and, therefore, we extend to them our sincere appreciation and trust, that the co-operation will continue to exist between our Branch and the citizens of our community. Our organization is unique in that it is based upon a common service and the sacrifices that have been made. It has to offer comradeship only, and asks of it's members - service, not for self, but for those of our comrades or their dependants who are in need or distress. It requires us to be ever zealous in any work which will make Tecumseh, Canada and our Commonwealth more truly representitive of the ideals for which our comrades laid down their lives.

We continue to support the brave men and women of the Canadian Armed Forces who are serving in Canada and overseas as well as their families. They are in our prayers and we wish them all a safe return back home to the country, in which they are all serving so proudly.

Meetings

Our General Membership Meetings are held the Last Wednesday of the month with the exemption of July, August & December.
